Appointment requests
Submitting the form on this site is a request, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment exists once we have spoken to you and confirmed a time.

Warranties
Warranty terms on dental prosthetics are set out on the warranty card issued with the work and on our warranty page. Where this website and the warranty card differ, the card governs.
