Fourteen years in one location, around 40,000 patient visits, and more than 8,000 implant patients — treated by specialists who all practise under this roof.
What makes this clinic different
Most dental clinics in Mira Road are one general dentist who refers you elsewhere the moment you need an implant, orthodontics or paediatric work. That means a new consultation fee, a new set of X-rays, and a treatment plan nobody owns end to end.
DentoXpert was built the other way round. An implantologist, an orthodontist, an endodontist and a paediatric dentist all practise here, and they discuss complex cases with each other rather than passing them on. Our German CAD/CAM milling unit is on site, so crowns and bridges are made here instead of being couriered to a third-party lab — which usually saves a visit and several days, and lets us re-mill the same day if the fit is not right.
The rest of what we do is deliberately unglamorous. We quote after the X-ray, not during treatment. We recommend the conservative option first. We put warranties in writing. And we collect elderly patients from home, because a treatment plan that someone cannot physically get to is not a treatment plan.

German CAD/CAM milling lab
Crowns, bridges and implant restorations designed and milled on site. Fewer appointments, and we control the fit at the margin — which is what actually determines how long a crown lasts.
Digital X-ray (RVG)
Around 80% less radiation than film. Images appear on screen immediately, so we can show you the problem rather than describe it. Lead apron and thyroid collar for every patient, every time.
CBCT planning for implants
Three-dimensional imaging to measure bone height, width and nerve position before an implant is placed. A quote given without this is an estimate, not a plan.
Rotary endodontics
Nickel-titanium rotary instruments with electronic apex location — the reason a root canal now takes one appointment instead of three.
Class B autoclave sterilisation
Instrument pouches opened in front of you at the chair, single-use items wherever clinically appropriate, and cycle logs we will show you on request.
Digital smile design
A photo-realistic preview of your result before a single tooth is prepared. If you do not like the preview, nothing has been altered.
