Written Warranty on Dental Work in Mira Road
We mill our prosthetics in our own German CAD/CAM lab, so we are prepared to guarantee them in writing. You receive a warranty card with the component, the period and the terms printed on it — not a verbal assurance.
What you get
- A physical warranty card issued with the work, stating the component and the period
- Five years to lifetime depending on the component and material
- Covers crowns, bridges and implant restorations placed at this clinic
- Honoured at this clinic — you are not sent to a third-party lab to argue about it
- The terms are written down, including what is not covered
How it works
- Attend your six-monthly review appointments — this is the main condition
- Wear the night guard where one has been prescribed, since grinding is the leading cause of prosthetic fracture
- Keep the warranty card, or ask us; we hold a copy on your record
- If something fails, call and we will assess it at no charge
Questions
What exactly is covered?
Failure of the prosthetic itself — a fractured crown, a debonded bridge, a failed implant restoration — under normal use. The card names the component and the period.
What is not covered?
Accidental trauma, new decay caused by hygiene, damage from grinding where a prescribed night guard was not worn, and work altered by another clinic. We state this plainly rather than burying it.
Do I lose the warranty if I miss a review?
Reviews are how we catch a problem while it is still small. Call us if you have fallen behind — we would rather re-establish the schedule than void a warranty on a technicality.
Does it cover implants themselves?
The restoration on the implant is covered by our card. The implant fixture itself may additionally carry the manufacturer's own warranty, which we register in your name and give you the paperwork for.
Ask to see a warranty card before you commit
We will show you the actual document and terms at your consultation.
